Audiovisual Equipment at MSS Meetings
Remember! Your session room will be equipped only with an old-fashioned overhead projector, unless your session organizer has already requested - and been granted - special consideration from the program chair for requesting special audiovisual equipment.
If you have Power Point slides or visuals that are necessary to the presentation of your paper, you
will want to convert them to overhead transparencies before you arrive in St. Louis, as the cost of making transparencies is usually prohibitive in hotel business centers or at nearby copy shops.
