SUBJECT: Apply for your travel reimbursement grant now!
MSS offers travel reimbursements of $100 each to 90 student members who participate in the annual meeting.
To qualify, you must
(1) be a current MSS member,
(2) act as presenter, organizer, or discussant of an annual meeting session, (3) pre-register for the 2008 annual meeting by March 6 and
- Put “MSS travel award” in the email subject line.
- In the body of the email, include your full name, your institutional affiliation [name of your college or university], and the organizer's name or the number of the session in which you’re participating. [To view your session listing, go to the program & sessions page and search the program.]
NINETY travel reimbursement recipients will be randomly drawn from all requests received by March 6. [This is 50% more than last year!] Checks will be distributed at the annual meeting registration desk in St. Louis.

Then don’t miss the orientation session scheduled for Thursday evening, 7:00-7:45 pm. MSS President-Elect Susan Stall will share helpful tips on how to get the most from a professional meeting.
