Communication Problems !?!
If your email address ends in one of the domain names below,
your email newsletters from MSS might be blocked at your server:

shsu.edu hotmail.com aol.com [sometimes!] If your MSS emails are blocked by your server, you are missing out on the news that MSS sends to members with reminders about opportunities, news and deadlines for the upcoming annual meeting, and invitations to apply for grants and awards.
MSS employs Constant Contact, a well-known professional email service provider to send these mass emails.
Both MSS and Constant Contact follow industry best practices to avoid spamming.
However, many Internet providers, including colleges and universities, have begun to block almost all mass email, including legitimate email, as they try to protect their clients from spam and phishing.
If your domain name is one of those above, and you'd like to make sure you receive your MSS e-news, you can:
- Create another email address and send it to the MSS exec office.
- Ask your organization's IT department to permit MSS emails. [Good luck !]
