Deadlines and Important Dates - 2027

August 3: Target Date - Online portal opens for all submissions.

October 17: Deadline for ALL submissions except Lightening Talks, posters, and 3 Minute Thesis

December 3: Target Date - Registration open

December 19: Target Date - Letters of acceptance to be sent via email. (Does not include Lightening Talks, posters, or 3MT.)

December 19: Faculty and student poster submissions due; 3MT submissions due

January 7: Target Date - Letters of acceptance for Lightening Talks, posters, and 3MT to be sent via email.

January 15: Graduate and Undergraduate student paper competition submissions due.

JANUARY 27 - Target Date - Online publication of final program, with schedule to be announced at this time.

February 11: By this date, all presenters must have purchased/renewed their membership AND registered for the meeting. 

February 15: Reservations due for advertisements and exhibitors.

February 22: Conference hotel reservations due; reduced rates end.
